Prerequisite Waiver
To take a course without the prerequisite, you must obtain permission from the Department offering the course. Permissions are granted only in exceptional circumstances and may not be used as the basis for an appeal.
Please note that it is to your advantage to make your request before June 1st so that special permissions can be recorded on your record by the time your registration window opens.
To proceed with your request, please refer to our Department Advisors list, and contact the Program Advisor to request permission. You do not need to submit a request through our Help Portal. The Department will advise our office if your request has been approved.
